FREE SHIPPING OPTION

We use over-sized letter mail for orders under 7 pairs or for orders with a combination of products that have a low total weight. For larger orders, we use parcels with a tracking number. Orders are normally delivered within 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination

PAID SHIPPING OPTION - Optional 1 to 3 day guaranteed delivery by tracked parcel is available by selecting the option during check out. For this paid option, our system uses exact calculated shipping costs based on your postal code.

IN-STOCK ITEMS - We now stock all of them products displayed on this website versus producing on demand.  This allows us to do same day or next day shipping. If an item becomes low in inventory or is sold out due to a promotion, a notice will be placed on the item until we re-stock.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS– if you did not receive a receipt by email then your order did not go through due to credit card processing issues; the email may have been spam filtered, or you may have had a typo in your email address. Please contact us if you need an order confirmation.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS– we can make changes to your order or issue a cancellation/refund if you order has not been sent for production. Requests can be made by submitting the form found here.

CUSTOM SAYINGS– are only available for bulk orders. Please contact us for more information.

FABRIC– the socks are machine knit and locally embroidered (at times of peak volume we use our Halifax embroidery partner to help us make delivery deadlines). The grey tones and material may very slightly vary based on yarn supply but the quality and work sock pattern is maintained. We use wool and cotton blend socks from trusted Canadian suppliers. 

WASHING: wash in cold water and hang dry to preserve sizing (wool blends shrink in the dryer). The socks are very good for long term wear/washes and if you turn them inside out for washing the sayings will last even longer.

RETURNS– Please note these are work sock brands and are not refined like a dress sock. There may be stray threads that can be snipped, color variations, and they may have minor imperfections. If you receive a pair with a major defect like a hole or stain, please email a photo and we will refund your purchase. If you receive the wrong sock or wrong size as per your order details, please contact us so we can fix your order as soon as possible. If you simply do not like the socks based on color, material blend, etc., please ship them back to the address below and we will issue a full refund upon receipt of the socks in the original condition. We do not charge a restocking fee but given that these are custom orders made on demand with free shipping, we do not pay for return shipping.
